SHIPPING & RETURNS
All items are packaged with care and shipped within 3-5 business day following receipt of cleared payment, otherwise stated, for ready-to-ship tumblers. For custom orders, please submit your request in at least three weeks in advance in order for me to create and ship the product to you in a timely manner.
The standard shipping on all orders will be the two- and three-day priority mail via the United States Postal Service. If you would like the product to be shipped via another carrier or through a different route, please contact me.
If you would like your order to be shipped insured, please contract me for insurance cost estimate.
While the USPS is a fabulous system and our mail carrier are hard workers, things can get lost, delayed, and/or mangled. While that would be very unfortunate, I cannot be held responsible once it leaves my possession. I try to pack my products well so that they survives despite the mishaps.
Local pick-up is available within Asheville, North Carolina, area. If you reside outside of Asheville, please prepare to travel to the area to collect your purchase. Pick-up will be arranged once reciept of cleared payment is received. I will reach out via the email provided at checkout to make the arrangements. Feel free to add any information in the note
Return & Exchange Policy
If there is an issue with the product, I request that you contact me within 24 hours of receiving said product with a description of the issue you're experiencing. Refunds and exchange are not accepted at this time.
If you changed your mind after purchasing, please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order and I will issue a cancellation at no extra cost.
